The HolidayGenie Support Team
Growing a business is much easier when you have help! The GenieShop team is fortunate to have My Shopping Genie / MyNet Universe folks who are willing to help you get started and keep going. They might be able to answer your questions and provide guidance if your direct sponsor is unavailable or does not know the answers to your questions. See your back office for contact numbers. They are very responsive.
Networking is what it’s all about!
The first thing you should do is to download Windows Live Messenger (if you haven’t already) and establish contact with your immediate sponsor. Your sponsor will probably give you the names and “handles” of several people whom you should immediately add to your Contacts list. You might want to create a My Shopping Genie group so that you can keep these contacts together and separate them from your other personal contacts.
Make certain that you have the email addresses of your sponsor and those people who he or she recommends so that you can email for help when needed.
Make certain than you have the telephone numbers of these people as well so that immediate assistance can be rendered when you need it. If you have 3-way calling in your phone plan, your sponsor or another My Shopping Genie affiliate can enter your telephone conversation with your prospective affiliates and help to answer questions or give explanations or directions.
Skype communication is another method of quick contact with your group. Exchange Skype IDs with your sponsor and with those you introduce to the program.
You should organize all of your MSG information in a notebook with tabs so that you can refer to your notes or printed materials quickly and easily.
You can email MyGenieTalk as well with questions or requests for help. The Contact link is at the very bottom of the MyGenieTalk page.
Other My Shopping Genie licensed distributors may also be helpful as well. That’s what networking is about – forming relationships with people and providing mutual assistance. Look for social networking groups that have identified themselves as having an association with My Shopping Genie. Many of these groups are open to new membership without invitation. See which ones seem to be really active. Look at the posts and forum discussions to see if the members are asking relevant questions and providing helpful answers. Join to ask your own and be willing to help others as well.
Look at the individual members’ pages here as well. See what groups they’ve joined that you might be interested in. Explore some of the links in the Links section to see if you can find good Genie-related sites that you’d like to bookmark and visit often for inspiration or guidance.
The important thing is that you not struggle alone. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Don’t be reluctant to share your concerns. And also, don’t be reluctant to give assistance to others as well.
